A Complaint can be made by email ( or online using the comment box below.

We recommend your Complaint includes, where applicable, the (i) Identification of the project or partner to which the complaint relates, (ii) date and detailed description of incident or grievance, (iii) information on the redress or resolution you hope to achieve with your complaint and (iv) whether or not your identity should be kept confidential.

If you wish to submit the complaint anonymously, please enter your comment/grievance in the box below without indicating any contact information – your comments will still be considered by the organization.
